📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the performance monitoring system, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and reporting.

• Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.

• Train and mentor junior analysts on data analysis techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail and distribution industry is a plus.
