- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth in retail and e-commerce sectors.
- Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and vendors.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure commercial objectives are met.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail and e-commerce.
- Represent the company in industry events and conferences.
π Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in retail and e-commerce.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using commercial software such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar tools.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
