📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain office and warehouse facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee repairs and upgrades.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
• Support logistics operations by ensuring warehouse and office spaces are optimized for efficiency.
• Assist in the implementation of new facility projects and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle facility-related administrative tasks, including vendor communications and contract management.
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing office and warehouse facilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of facility management software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
