Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, purchasing, and cost control.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.π οΈ Keahlian
