Safety & Health Executive

LTP Engineering is seeking a dedicated Safety & Health Executive to join our team in Bali. As a Safety & Health Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors on-site. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures, conducting safety inspections, and providing training to our workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Provide safety training and education to employees and contractors.
• Investigate accidents and incidents to determine their causes and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and KPIs.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a strong safety culture.
• Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) is properly maintained and available.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing safety programs and improving safety performance.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or other relevant safety certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
