Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking sites.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to identify recruitment opportunities.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.,Valid SIM (Indonesian Identity Card) and ability to work in Bontang.π οΈ Keahlian
