Develop and deliver training materials and programs to support the learning and development of our employees.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.,Assist in the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives.,Provide support and guidance to employees in their personal and professional development.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to develop and implement learning strategies.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and coordination of learning events and activities.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant learning and development tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.π οΈ Keahlian
