In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and design and deliver training programs to address those needs.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure that learning and development programs are relevant and effective.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.,Develop and maintain a learning and development budget to ensure that resources are allocated effectively.,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and best practices.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs in a hybrid or remote environment.π οΈ Keahlian
