With 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team, helping to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall performance.

• Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
• Design and implement new business processes using tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power BI, and SAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes align with the company's strategic goals.
• Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, process maps, and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct process audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business process management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a business process analysis or consulting role.
• Proficient in using business process management tools such as Microsoft Visio, Power BI, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agribusiness and food industry operations is a plus.
