π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain office and warehouse facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functional.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of facility supplies and equipment.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring warehouse and office spaces are optimized for efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of new facility projects and improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle facility-related administrative tasks, including vendor communications and contract management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility management or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing office and warehouse facilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of facility management software such as SAP or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
