Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and vendors,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations managementπ Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of operations management principles, processes, and best practices,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentπ οΈ Keahlian
