π Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize liquidity and cash flow management.,Monitor and manage the company's foreign exchange and interest rate risks.,Oversee the investment of the company's surplus cash balances in secure and high-yield instruments.,Negotiate and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other counterparties.,Prepare and analyze financial reports and forecasts for senior management.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide strategic advice and recommendations to senior management on treasury-related matters.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts.π Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in treasury management, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of treasury management principles, practices, and regulations.,Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and risk management.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulations is a plus.π οΈ Keahlian
