Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the warehouse and its contents.
  • Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and cycle times.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to warehouse processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
