In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-profile events, managing our social media presence, and creating compelling content to engage our audience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute high-profile events, including fundraising galas, workshops, and networking events.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
• Develop and implement donor engagement strategies to build and maintain relationships with our supporters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze event and media performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event management and digital marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, media management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
