📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement on platforms like Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize product listings and promotions.
• Manage and optimize our online storefronts, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and feedback.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketplace initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential partners.
• Lead training sessions and workshops to upskill the team on new tools and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Facebook Business Suite.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Certification in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online marketplaces.
