As a Visual Communication Specialist, you’ll daily create and develop compelling visual content that communicates our clients' messages effectively. You’ll work with our in-house designers and marketers to produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and other visual materials that support our marketing campaigns, presentations, and other communications. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about visual storytelling.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and other visual materials using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity for our clients, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to produce high-quality visual content that supports our campaigns and communications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in visual communication and design.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and deliver visual solutions that meet their expectations.
• Ensure all visual materials are of the highest quality, meet our brand guidelines, and are delivered on time.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to improve our visual communications and enhance our clients' market presence.
• Contribute to the development of our visual communication strategy and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual communication or a related field, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with visual communication trends and best practices in the consulting industry.
