• Work with the service department to schedule and track vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive trends and products to provide informed advice to customers.
• Promote our dealership's services and special offers to existing and potential customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
