- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations for oral, injectable, and topical products.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies to determine the most suitable dosage form and excipients.
- Perform stability studies to ensure the long-term efficacy and safety of formulations.
- Analyze and interpret data using specialized software like OriginLab and Microsoft Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing, to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance formulation processes and product performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical formulation.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory standards, and company policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical formulation principles and techniques.
