📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and coordinate fire protection system projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to international and local fire codes and standards.
• Design and specify fire protection systems, including sprinklers, fire alarms, and emergency lighting, using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with fire safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams and clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations in fire protection.
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule, with a focus on safety and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fire protection system design and coordination.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Certification in fire protection systems (e.g., NFPA, IFC, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of international and local fire codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with clients.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
