📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media platforms.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including images, videos, and live shopping events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content calendars.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize content strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage and grow our social media following through strategic engagement.
- Participate in live shopping events to showcase and sell products effectively.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficient in using social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience with live shopping platforms and tools such as Shopee Live, Tokopedia Live, or Facebook Live.
- Strong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
