📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and engage potential merchant and institutional partners in Bali.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to onboard new partners.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of local businesses and institutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
• Provide training and support to partners to ensure successful integration with our platform.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ride-hailing and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role in the ride-hailing or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of the ride-hailing and logistics market in Bali.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Google Maps API or similar mapping tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
