As an IT Desktop Support Engineer at Avass Corp, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our systems are running efficiently and that our users have the tools they need to be productive. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that systems are running efficiently and securely.
• Provide training and support to users on best practices for using our systems and applications.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities and issues.
• Work with the IT team to implement and support new technologies and systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in IT support.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure that our IT infrastructure is available and supported 24/7.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in desktop support and IT infrastructure.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10 and Windows Server.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and security best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
